Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn;
  • Unused;
  • Unwashed;
  • With tags, if applicable;
  • In its original packaging;
  • With a receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn directly on the body cannot be returned unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items that are used, worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We will review the issue and make it right where appropriate.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have.

Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
