Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday. During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@avenory.store.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.

Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 20–35 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your order number and full name, and we will assist you.
Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking information shows that the order was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.
Avenory is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If you believe your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to confirm the shipping address provided at checkout, check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier, and provide any relevant supporting information.
Refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered are not guaranteed and will only be issued where required by applicable law or where the carrier confirms a delivery error.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately and provide photos of the package and item.
If a package is lost in transit before delivery is confirmed, please contact us and we will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
